BILINGUAL service - Whether you want to make a change in your life or need to be supported in dealing with a past or present challenge (e.g. grief, trauma, or relationship issues), you are not alone. Let me help you explore and better understand yourself and your relationships, build your resilience, and achieve your goal(s) in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space. I use a pragmatic and customized integrative approach that combines various therapy modalities to best meet your needs.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University. I have been in private clinical practice for several years and have advocated for mental health in the workplace in government settings for more than a decade.
As a therapist, I specialize in issues related to childhood trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal relationships, and anxiety. I also provide services for other issues related to life transitions, self-esteem, self-identity, emotional regulation, depression and more. I work with adults (18+) and elders (65+), individuals, and couples.
Life can be challenging and sometimes we just need that extra help. Reaching out for it is the first step in your journey towards healing. It would be my privilege to accompany you on that journey.
