Simcoe County Eating Disorders Service
County wide Level I service for individuals 0-18 inclusively who are struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, or Binge Eating Disorder and their families.
Program is located at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Collingwood General and Marine Hospital, and Orillia Soldier's Memorial Hospital.
Treatment includes individual, family and group counselling. Health promotion and education activities are also carried out by the treatment team in the community. Model of service is psycho-educational, peer support, cognitive behavioural therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, family therapy.
