This 3km and 5 km walk, presented by RBC will take participants through the beautiful countryside of north Waterloo. It’s a terrific way to build community and enjoy a great experience outdoors while supporting an important cause. Stigma and shame are the main reasons why kids don’t seek help for troubling emotions. The Walk provides help and hope to those youth struggling with mental health challenges, sending them the message that we walk together to support them. Come as an individual, join a team, bring your colleagues, or come with your family - we would love to see you.
There are prizes to be won for the top fundraisers, draws for everyone who raises money, some fun activities for kids, coffee provided by Starbucks and great food provided by BreadBaron and by Pillers. You are welcome to bring your dog on a leash.
