As contracted with its consumers, OPTIONS provides personal and residential supports to persons who, because of a developmental challenge, physical disability, or chronic behavior or mental health problem, require support to reach their fullest potential and to remain within their community.
Within its community, OPTIONS works in partnership to provide and encourage a full range of services and supports for consumers.
