We provide safe second stage housing and supportive counselling to women and children leaving domestic abuse.

Our women's programs include:

* Trauma Processing and Crisis Counselling
* Psycho-educational Support Groups
* Various Workshops

For children exposed to violence we offer a program called Healing the Bruises. This provides immediate trauma processing, supportive counselling and de-briefing for children as they explore their feelings surrounding the violence they have witnessed in their family.
