Event Description
This family education group is targeted towards friends and family members who are trying to provide support and care to those diagnosed with with an Anxiety Disorder. Topics will include symptoms, causes, treatments, how to help your loved one cope with symptoms, community resources, accessing treatments, mental health act, suicide risk assessment, communication, problem solving and self care.
