Providing individual, couples, parenting and family therapy using a variety of therapeutic techniques. Specializations in attachment, parenting, ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, suicidality and self harm, grief, addictions, emotion dysregulation, children’s mental health, along with overall wellness enhancement. Specialized training in Brainspotting (trauma therapy), IFS (Parts Work), CBT, DBT and EFT therapies.
Special Services During Pandemics (e.g. COVID/Corona), Disasters and Related Emergencies
We offer both virtual and in person sessions. When indicated by Public Health, we ensure to follow all recommended guidelines including use of masks, physical distancing and virtual care when required.
