Event Description
Depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide and anxiety is the most prevalent mental health disorder, but you do not need to struggle with these curable conditions... This 8-week program focuses on the underlying and contributing causes of depression and anxiety, so that a lasting cure can be achieved. Find out if the program is right for you by attending a FREE info session (1920 - 13th Ave NW at 7pm) or visit the website for virtual options (calgarycentraladventist.ca/depression-recovery).
