Heal(ing) Trauma Therapy provides trauma-informed, client-centered, integrative and holistic care to individuals and couples, for teens and adults. Our registered therapists provide psychoeducation to expand awareness, they help clients in developing healthier and more helpful coping resources, and guide clients through processing to resolve deeper issues. We believe that all healing is possible, and we combine both somatic and cognitive evidenced-based approaches to tailor treatment to each person as everyone's healing journey is unique.
