Ezza Psychotherapy
Private practice (individual)
As your therapist, I aim to create a warm, safe and collaborative space for you to share your story. I recognize that we all have own unique experience of the world, and I am committed to hearing your story and tailoring my approach to suit your needs. I focus on increasing self-awareness through learning about the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and desires and the mind-to-body connection of your nervous system. My interventions are integrative based on your needs and emphasize empowerment through strengths and coping skills that are aligned with your values.

I offer Individual Therapy (14+). My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, solution-focused, and emotional-focused, and is delivered through a lens of mindfulness and self-compassion.

About me: I enjoy walks, hikes, biking, and uncovering scenic areas. When I am not outside, I enjoy cooking, baking, painting, drawing, gaming, and reading.
