My therapeutic approach is informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (inner child parts work), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Gottman Couple's Therapy, and Interpersonal/Relational Psychotherapy, among others. I am trauma-informed and have received specialized training in trauma treatment and ADHD coaching.
Services are offered online and covered by most extended health benefits insurance programs.
