Helps people of Chinese heritage and other ethnic groups integrate into the mainstream society in the Ottawa-Carleton Region. Services include: Settlement Services: family and individual counselling, housing,  health, seniors, youth, access to government programs, interpretation; Language Instruction for Newcomers (LINC) classes; Enhanced Language Training (ELT) for IT and other professionals; Employment Services, Job Placement, Job Search Workshops and resume assistance; computer lab.  Childminding Services provided for clients while accessing programs.
