Every military family’s journey is unique, with its own challenges, circumstances, and related need for different programs and services. Military Family Services – National Capital Region (MFS-NCR), offers programs and support in navigating the many services and resources available in the region.
The mental health team offers trauma-informed, strength-based counselling. Confidential mental health support to adults, children, youth, and couples through in-person or virtual services.
