I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) (CRPO #009606) (CRPO). I provide online therapy sessions via a secure video conferencing platform to residents of Ontario 18+.
My areas of focus include grief, loss, anxiety, and life transitions relating to relationships, bereavement, work, school or other issues. If you become my client I will use techniques from a variety of therapy modalities to understand your story and perspectives, help you process emotions fully, and develop more helpful thought and behaviour patterns (CBT, EFT, and Narrative Therapy). Together we will develop a plan for you to adjust and grow.
