I work with client of all ages and specialize in working with those who have survived trauma, are navigating unhealthy relationships, divorce, blending a family or behavioural issues. My experience includes The Ottawa Hospital, long-term care facilities, private practice, and programs which improve the health of vulnerable children. My services can be claimed under insurance policies which cover a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work. I use a variety of therapy techniques including mindfulness, narrative therapy, CBT, EMDR, DBT, and ego states.
