We provide counselling to youth, adults, families (ages 16+) and couples, groups in a safe supportive and confidential manner for the following issues: abuse,addictions,anger,bullying,depression,divorce,family violence,grief, panic attacks, parenting,relationship conflict, self-esteem, separation, sexual abuse, stress and suicide.
We also provide Employee Assistance Program, consultation and training for businesses and organizations for development and workplace wellness,, personal and professional development.
