Event Description

Have you ever considered how your unconscious bias influences your professional life? On a daily basis, we apply filters to the situations, people and information around us. These filters are the result of years of experiences and social conditioning and are unique to you. They result in the formation of an unconscious bias and influence the decisions we make. We invite you to come learn how your unconscious bias may be affecting your professional life and how you can take steps to mitigate these effects.

Join Allyson D. Robinson and see how the Cook Ross method approaches learning about unconscious bias without guilt or shame. Participants will gain awareness about how their daily interactions, behaviours and the decisions they make may impact their work with children and families in high conflict.
