Our organization provides a day program for adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities, with a focus on engaging participants in daily group activities targeting social & life skills.

-Personal assistance services (assistance with activities of daily living including meals, hygiene and bathing)
-Health monitoring (e.g. blood sugar testing, blood pressure, vital signs and weight monitoring)
-Case management and community referrals
