Why Trek?
To raise much-needed funds to carry out the TS Foundation's mission of hope dedicated to improving the quality of life for those with or affected by Tourette Syndrome through programs of: education, advocacy, self-help and the promotion of research. To bring caring people together, to raise awareness, and to have fun!
We chose March, a wintry month, so that the trek would be “as challenging as the lives of people affected by Tourette Syndrome, with weather as unpredictable as the disorder itself.”
*Prizes are given to those who pledge $50, $125, and those who raise the most at each Trek location across Canada. Snacks will be provided to participants before & after the Trek.
