We are a community-based employee benefit program that provides employees, and their dependents with confidential and professional counselling, coaching and information in addressing personal concerns and life issues.

Our trained counsellors can address work and life issues affecting employees’ emotional and psychological well-being, such as:

Psychological/Emotional Issues (Stress, Depression, Anxiety)
Addiction (Alcohol, Drug, Gambling)
Grief & Loss
Trauma & Crisis Counselling
Financial Concerns
We are a non-profit community based organization focussed on intervention, prevention and wellness.

Member Employees & their family members receive services for free.

Valley EFAP provides services for private clients for a session fee when not connected to one of our employee member sites.
