Helping Hands offers Community Support Services for seniors and adults with physical disabilities.
 
Services include

Assistance with non-medical personal care.
Homemaking includes essential cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, and shopping.
Caregiver relief for individuals caring for a dependent senior at home.
Meals on Wheels provides hot evening meals also frozen meals delivered.
Transportation locally for shopping, appointments and recreation, and out-of-town for medical appointments only.
Foot care in-clinic and in home.
Outdoor maintenance including odd jobs.
Friendly visiting and telephone assurance for socialization at home, with friendly conversation and security checks.
Emergency Response with the LifeCall Systems, units are installed by Helping Hands and monitored by LifeCall. 

 
Social programs including

Restaurant of the Month,
Seniors in the City,
Computer Club and
Seniors Awareness.

 
Supportive housing services is offered at Fellowship Towers and Coldwater Seniors Apartments.
 
Adults with physical disabilities; who are unable to perform service for self; unable to arrange service for self are also eligble for service .
