CFS Counselling + Wellbeing (CFS)
Provides professional counselling and wellbeing supports to adults and youth (12+), either as individuals or as part of a couple or family. Sessions are available in person or virtually with an appointment that can be booked on our website. Children <12 yrs are welcome as part of a family session.

Appointments are not required for CFS's #WalkInWednesdays counselling clinic that is held at the Barrie office (20 Anne Street South) each Wednesday from noon-8pm. Registration is closed for dinner between 4:30-5:30 and the last session begins at 6:45pm. This is a first-come, first-served service, so everyone is encouraged to arrive early. Please note: this is not a crisis service.

Will help people deal with a variety of issues such as abuse, family conflict, stress, grief, depression and anxiety, relationship issues, separation, trauma and divorce.
