Umoja Psychotherapy was an idea where two therapists wanted to help clients within the community that would have felt that therapy was not a means to have their stories and trauma heard. We desire to help clients learn to cope with their struggles with mental health.

Special Services During Pandemics (e.g. COVID/Corona), Disasters and Related Emergencies

We are planning on doing virtual groups in the future and once we have an office in the next year we plan on working with groups and clients in person. We specialize in trauma and have worked with clients over the past year who have experienced car accidents.
