Event Description

Frustration, anger, sadness, hopelessness; parents of children with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder feel a range of emotions and often don’t know how to help their child. This group aims to change that by providing parents with education, support and encouragement about childhood OCD. This group will:

1) Provide a place to discuss issues related to OCD;
2) Foster and support individuals taking control over their child’s symptoms;
3) Allow question and answer period & informal socializing.

Groups run biweekly for 4 weeks on Thursdays beginning April 30th from 4:30-6:00pm. Participants are expected to adhere to the group rules and the confidentiality policy outlined in the registration package. There is no cost to attend this group, but registration is limited to 5 participants.

Donations towards the RVH COVID Response Fund are appreciated.
