Held at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS) building, the knowledge-mobilization event promises to be a unique and exciting opportunity to provide space for non-profit organizations. Part of this event is an art competition, highlighting the artistic visions of youth that reflect visions of disability and the future. The event will provide knowledge and tools that will revitalize disability organizations and promote youth engagement while contributing to academic scholarship on the non-profit sector, Canadian disability movements and youth.
