Catholic Mental Health Support Group (CMHSG)
A peer support group for all affected by mental illness. Each meeting there is an opportunity support one another through sharing, listening and prayer. Together we can help each other live out our faith, keeping our eyes on our Lord; even when faced with the added hardships of mental illness. Currently this group is not meeting, but may resume in September pending the addition of added volunteer facilitators.  In the meantime, feel free to contact the group’s creator, Stephanie Gauthier, with any questions at
