Mountainview Wellness Centre will be holding a free workshop about Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.) at our clinic on Monday, October 3rd, 2011 from 7pm to 8pm.Our registered Clinical Counselor, Noelle Reimer, and our Registered Dietitians will present information on this disorder and the effects it can have on people.
