A six-part series for people living with mental health challenges who do not want to be defined by them.
 
Part 1 - June 10th: What is advocacy?
 
Part 2 - June 17th: Getting started with the self
 
Part 3 - June 24th: Getting started with larger systems
 
Part 4 - July 8th: Taking wants, needs and desires forward.
 
Part 5 - July 15th: Walking through the emotional landmines
 
Part 6 - July 22nd: Outcomes - advocacy as affirmation
 
Tuesday afternoons from 1:30 - 3:30, June 10th to July 22nd
