Self-Esteem and Social Relationship Building
Through fun filled activities and discussion, children and youth learn to to recognise their personal strengths and the strengths of others. A series of skills are taught to help children and youth begin and continue conversations, build friendships, ask for help, follow direction, and problem solve. The results are improved social skills, increased self-esteem and confidence.

This group would be beneficial for children who may be timid, shy, withdrawn or have trouble making friends.

Groups are available for children and youth aged: 4-7, 8-12, and 13-15.
